Treatment depends on what’s causing the problem. Sometimes, if it’s not too bad, you might not need any treatment at all. If treatment is needed, you might get some nasal spray or antibiotics to calm things down. In serious cases, you might need surgery to remove the adenoids, which is called an adenoidectomy.
