Surya Namaskar consists of a sequence of twelve yoga poses performed in a specific order. The sequence begins and ends with a prayer pose (Pranamasana) and includes poses such as Mountain Pose (Tadasana), Forward Fold (Uttanasana), Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana), and others. Each pose is coordinated with the breath, with inhalation and exhalation guiding the movement.
