It is not always easy to take care of our mental well being. A person might feel comfortable,
- Only after trying to do what he or she feels comfortable.
- Giving time to figure out what works better because different things work for different people.
- Going at your own pace.
- Taking each and every step carefully. If the first step seems to be hard, it can be broken into even smaller steps.
Try to remember that every day for your mental wellbeing will not look the same. We won’t always have the same levels of energy or motivation everyday. Always be kind to yourself and do what feels right for you at that moment.
