How to Prevent Tendon Problems?

There are things that can be done to reduce the chance of a tendon injury.

Do’s:

  • Doing warm up before exercising and gentle stretching afterwards.
  • Wearing supportive shoes or insoles for exercise.
  • Taking regular breaks from repetitive exercises.

Don’t:

  • Avoiding overexercising tired muscles.
  • Avoid starting a new sport without training.
  • Avoiding repetitive exercises.
