I had side effects when I took tablet Nytol along with tablet Setral. Why?

Nytol takes around 30 minutes to start to make you feel drowsy. It is recommended that for optimal effect Nytol tablets should be taken 20 minutes before sleep.

Can I take tablet Nytol while taking tablet Setral 50?
