I have fever and gurgling sensation near the liver area. Please advise.

Presence of insufficient iron in the body results in iron-deficiency anemia. Without enough iron, red blood cells cannot carry enough oxygen to body tissues.

I have a fever and a gurgling sensation near the liver area. Why?
