Thank you for sharing your experience. If your throat’s feeling sore, try gargling saltwater, sucking on lozenges, sipping honey, using echinacea/ sage spray, staying hydrated, using a humidifier or vaporizer, especially while you’re catching Z’s, can stop your throat from getting too dry and irritated. taking a steamy shower, propping your head up, and if needed antibiotics and painkiller to give some relief. And if that sore throat sticks around for more than a few days, it’s probably time to hit up a doc for some help.
