Symptoms of hypersensitivity vasculitis may include palpable purpura (small, raised purple or red spots on the skin), a generalized rash, joint pain and swelling, and gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and gastrointestinal bleeding.
